1 / 1 I need to let someone know how hurt and disappointed I was with my visit to your store yesterday, June 9, at 2:30. I came in person to the store a week or so ago to get some questions answered about services that I could use my $80 gift card from my daughter on. I explained that I wanted a facial but had had facials at other places in the past that I felt was wasted time and money, however, I did have a facial many years ago where they used something like a suction machine to clean out my pores and I would like to see if there was something similar offered by your store. The lady was very nice and explained that what I was describing sounded like a microdermabrasion, however, what I needed to do was just schedule a CUSTOMIZED FACIAL and when I went back and talked to the technician, they would be able to do that if they felt that would be ok for my face. So, I was very happy with what I was told. Fast forward to yesterday. I had scheduled a CUSTOMIZED FACIAL online and went in for my appointment. I got there in plenty of time as the texts you get before hand warns you to not be late, A MANDATORY CHECK-IN of 15 minutes before your appointment. Well, first thing that goes wrong, it is a least 2:40 before I am taken back. I explain to the technician about wanting the suction, etc. facial and she says, well, you’ll have to schedule that the next time because I’m not certified to do that. I was so upset and explained to her what I had been told and she took me back to waiting area to discuss with the receptionist. I explained to her, what I had been told and basically, she tells me, well you can’t prove what was told to you, and that I would have to pay the $85 for today no matter what. So clearly very upset, I went ahead and did the facial anyway, and, of course, I can’t tell anything positive to my skin. So, I check out and pay my $85 dollars and say thank you wasting my $80 and she says, HAVE A NICE DAY! So, I leave in tears. Well, that just flew all over me, so I turned around and went back in and told her I made a mistake, and it was $85 of mine that was wasted and the worst part, that really topped it off was her saying HAVE A NICE DAY, not I’m so sorry this happened or anything like that. She replies, I’m not going to talk to you anymore you are being combative. So, I left.
