- Rating 5.0The front desk staff is very kind and professional. I walk with a cane, and when they see me coming, they open the door for me, and usually walk me to the door. Robert is my massage therapist. He is the best therapist and addresses my areas that need to be worked on.

Robert is compassionate and caring and great at what he does. He always makes sure to address my areas of concern and I always feel better than when I walked in!
- Rating 4.0The Oberlin team is always attentive and patient. I ask a lot of questions and the team is great about that I did not find that true at my home store on Kildaire Farm Rd. They seemed to always be in a hurry there.

Went in for massage signed up online with my user profile and it stated $85 but was told since I was a member prior it was actually $145. This was not told to me until after services were complete. I could have gone to a fancier spa for $110. Felt duped. I was wanting to be a member again but after getting duped like that I felt I had to walk away.
- Rating 5.0Excellent experience. Troy was absolutely amazing. He should be your go to therapist to guarantee selling the packages‼️ He was so attentive and thorough and made sure at all times that I was comfortable and that he was fixing the kind of pressure that I wanted or needed‼️
- Rating 5.0As soon as I got to the car, I called my sister and told her that when she comes to visit she has to book a massage with Troy. It was the best massage experience I have ever had!
