I went in to get a massage and was very interested in getting a membership. After checking out I had to ask about the membership, it was not offered during the conversation previously. There were 4 staff members in the lobby, including a manager. I spoke to a girl that had zero knowledge of the package and rather than having someone else come explain the packages to me, she had to go back and forth to the manager to ask questions that were very basic. What packages do you offer. Do you offer a package that has 2 treatments a month, etc. I was very put off by the lack of customer service and almost left without a membership. Had the massage not been so fantastic, I would have. Staff needs additional training.
