- Rating 1.0There has been a decline in quality of services and availability of services. Yesterday’s facial was the worst facial I had, by far. He had the steam on my face for almost the entire time and the bright lights in my eyes. Typically, this only occurs when they are doing extractions and they put cotton pads on the eyes to shield them from the brightness.
- Rating 5.0Naomi is amazing - she takes the time to explain things that are important and she cares about my treatments and face.
- Rating 4.5The ladies behind the desk are always polite and if it is someone who has been there awhile, greets you by name. The facility is always clean looking and the restrooms well stocked and clean. My only complaint would be that the cost you charge for a 60 minute massage is NOT for 60 minutes but usually only receive 50-53 minutes because you roll in undressing and dressing in that time frame. Plus, your price seems to increase by large amounts each year even for the ones who get a yearly subscription.
- Rating 1.0There are very few massage therapists available at my location. It is very frustrating. Also, a wax service is not a part of the monthly fee you pay every month. That doesn’t seem right.
