first off, my service and everyone I encountered was lovely. I have an issue with the company at a higher level. I became a member a couple months ago and this was the first time using a credit. My home location didn’t have an appt available but this one did. When I booked on the massage envy app there was no mention of “market adjustments” but, the day before (actually less than 24 hrs from my appt so I couldn’t cancel) in my reminder text it mentioned there could be an additional fee. My home location and this location are less then 10 miles from each other. That is absolutely insane. It makes me feel like I’ve been taken advantage of. I paid for a monthly membership so I could enjoy some me time with predictable cost. ANY extra fees should be listed BEFORE booking. Now I feel like I’m locked into this thing with a ***** company for a year.
