  Always helpful and accommodating. The staff is friendly when checking in and checking out. My provider seemed very inexperienced. He was shaky and twitchy. His transitions between areas that he was working was very awkward.

  I booked a 60 minute massage on 9/16 at 12:30. I arrived early (at 12:17) and was immediately taken back, which I appreciated. By the time I was ready and the therapist came back into the room, it had to have been after 12:20. My massage was over at 12:55 and I was back in my car by 1:03. I paid for a 60 minute massage to only receive a 30 minute experience. The massage was great, but I would have liked to gotten my money’s worth as far as time.

  I could immediately tell that I was the last client of the day. The entire experience was mediorce & RUSHED. My appointment was at 5pm I arrived 20 minutes (I live very close to the facility) early to complete paperwork. Although the front desk associate was pleasant she rushed through the explanation of each the documents that I was completing on the ipad. I wasn’t offered anything to drink or even a short tour of the facility. Before my massage I quickly used the restroom and was abruptly greeted by my therapist Janet (she even made a joke about “waiting on me to com out of the restroom”). Janet was kind and her energy was very peaceful. Even with a thorough explanation of my desired pressure and areas of focus Janet missed the mark & rushed through what should have been a 60 minute massage session. We started the massage at 4:58 I was checked out and in my vehicle by 5:48....I almost slipped on the fresh mopped floors on my way out (again a clear sign the staff was rushing & ready to close). Extremely disappointed with my experience from start to finish. As a first time client here there would be no way you'd retain my business.

  John was AMAZING! The ladies that helped me checkin and checkout ALL had the same energy of kindness. Each of them smiled, helped me and answered questions throughly. I had absolutely no intention of joining a club that requires a monthly bill be drafted from my account. I hate automatic drafts but when I came out of my session with John who educated me on my problem areas and didn’t just give me a massage, I came out knowing I was going to book the next month. The lady that checked me out explained the monthly option with such ease I said yes before I knew it. John and the ladies made it easy to say yes. I’d never experienced a massage like I did yesterday. I’d been stopped by the police on my way to the massage because I was running late. Doing 67 in a 45. Offer reduced the speed. Thankfully. But I called and the lady at the front took some information so I could go on back and lose some of my minutes. She said we can answer the rest when you come out. I’m so thankful she did that. I’ve been stressed so much so my doctor told me to go get a massage. I’m glad, thankful and Godly grateful I chose your location and the time slot that I did. I’m now a monthly member. You have great employees and I’m a manager by trade. I know when you’ve hired great staff. Those who worked Thursday September 12th were EXCEPTIONAL
