John was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. He did a very good job working on my hips to loosen them up and they felt a lot more flexible. The only weakness is that John did not listen to my request to go firm and hard and insisted on going medium to firm. I felt like I would have liked for him to dig harder into my lower back and glute muscles.
