- Rating 4.5I was very disappointed in my last massage experience with Kelly. I have been a member with Massage Envy (ME) since 2011, and this was the second worst massage I have had. She did a descent job with my back, feet, and head. Everything else was like she just rubbed lotion on me. When I told the front desk attendant, she just told me to pick another massage therapist next time. ME should take these cases more seriously for the experience that most folks expect from a reputable company. I hope some training occurs from this experience.
- Rating 5.0As always a great experience with Bob,. A recovering from recently running a marathon I need to get a full body massage with cupping. Stop listening to me when I told him all the areas that were bothering me and took care of the discomfort. Always a relaxing and recovery session.

- Rating 3.5Helpful front desk, my only issue is that there is high turnover with the therapists. Every time I find one I like they seem to leave within a few months.
