- Rating 1.0Whole first time experience was a disappointment. From time I came in until I left. They had computer issues (which happens) but then it cut into my massage time, making it shorter than what I paid for. The person giving the massage never touched my feet or hands. I am a regular massage partaker and have always had my feet and hands massage as part of the process. I was supposed to have aromatherapy but they never used it. My wife bought me the package for Christmas and now I feel like I am stuck with something I am not going to enjoy.

As with other spas your experience is dictated by your needs and preferences and how your service provider is compatible with you. My current Massage Therapist Allie not only inquires, listens but also adjusts and responds to how I am feeling physically to make my appointments the best possible experience
