- Rating 1.0I have been a member of Massage Envy for 14 years. I moved to Greenville, NC. Two years ago. I was told I didn’t have to move my membership since I could use any Massage Envy. Well for the first time in 14 years, I am now paying the difference between the cost of membership between Pearland, TX and Greenville, NC. I have been going to a different location of Massage envy in Pearland(not my base location) and never I had to pay and upcharge. I know for a fact the price difference between my base location and the other location was difference(like 20 dollars more) never had to pay an upcharge. I have cancelled my membership and I will using the rest of my points and finding a new spa.
- Rating 4.5It was inviting once I walk in. The staff greeted me with warmth. Once I arrived they check me in and my appointment actually was on time
- Rating 5.0I was greeted as I entered the door and after giving them my name, I was told I was registered and could go on into the back waiting room. On my way there some other service providers spoke to me and one of them whom had massaged me in the past, came over to inquire about the health of my wife and me. They were all very pleasant. I only waited about 5 minutes before my provider arrived and escorted me a room. She asked me several questions so that she knew my issues and wishes and performed the massage very well. She was also very knowledgeable about sports injuries and recommended several exercises for me to perform in order to have less pain going forward.
