- Rating 1.0Every receptionist does not know the program to explain the use of coupons and I as the customer took a loss as a result. Also, all the masseuse do not follow the time as explained, 5-10 minutes total is used for consult and client prep,' and what is included as full body massage is not consistent. 2 out of 8 visits have massaged from neck to toes, one did one foot and not the other, others may touch my heel and that's it. I get something different each time and I always request the same, full body.
