- Rating 4.5I like being able to schedule my massages especially now that the texts are sent out with last minute openings. I found it difficult to schedule appointments but having those texts really is helpful.

- Rating 1.0I was unaware that a membership was required to access reasonable rates for any future massages after the initial visit. It feels unfair to impose this requirement, as it effectively forces customers into a long-term commitment if they wish to continue receiving services at a reasonable cost. This practice can be particularly burdensome for those who may not need or want frequent massages, as they are left with the choice of either paying significantly higher prices or being locked into a membership they may not fully utilize. Ultimately, this restricts access to affordable services and diminished the overall customer experience.

Everyone was nice, but when I called to book my massage I told the lady at the front desk that I don’t like a light pressure, but she paired with a light pressure therapist anyways (I was unaware of this until my massage). When I expressed this to my therapist during the massage, she changed to pressure as I had requested. However, she went from extremely light pressure to using her elbows and bodyweight on me.
