- Rating 2.0It was very relaxing with the dark room and peaceful tones. The massage could have been more better. It felt like someone at home was rubbing my back. Then only the back of my legs/arms got done. My husband also got me a hand massage added and they included that in my hour time. I feel that should have been separate timing since you pay extra for it. The hand massage was just a hot towel and som scrub, not really a massage. I honestly feel I get a better massage at the nail place while getting my feet done. I still have a very good tip because she was really nice and I don’t know their training skills as a company.

- Rating 1.0Referencing emails between Nishae (Assistant Manager) and myself, they refuse to give me a refund that they charged me for an additional appointment when I’ve only had 1 appointment in March 2025. I asked for a copy of the agreement which I just got for the very first time March 18,2025 and it doesn’t state appointments have to be before/after any specific date each month - Nishae told me it had to be after the payment date each month. I also asked for my membership to be canceled as it states in the agreement you have 3 days from the day you receive a COPY of the agreement which for me was March 18, 2025. She continues to refuse to cancel. She also told me she moved my monthly billing for this month to the 24th but I was charged today March 19, 2025 and they overdrawn my account. Very unhappy.
- Rating 5.0It was a wonderful and relaxing experience :) I spend most of my time chasing a toddler around all day, so this was a much needed massage and it ended up being worth every penny.
- Rating 2.5Very expensive compared to other massage places around, especially if you don't buy the package. Plus prices keep raising but we aren't getting any more and the massage therapists aren't seeing any increase in their pay so I'm not sure why the pricing is so high.
