  I paid for a 60 minute deep tissue massage at 6pm. Due to my job, I arrived at 601pm. Spent a couple minute filling out forms just to be asked the same questions in the room, taking even more time away from the massage. All said and done we probably got started around 610pm. The provider did focus on my back as requested but rushed the entire massage. The provider was polite. I’m not sure if he was recovering from illness (he was wearing a mask and I indicated on the form that I am immunocompromised) but his heavy, like out of breath breathing and growling stomach, while not necessarily in his control, severely took away from the desperately needed, peaceful massage. The primary reason I will not recommend this place to a friend is because the massage was ended at 653pm. A full 7 minutes that could’ve been used to continue the firm massage I paid a not-super-cheap price for. I arrived 1 minute late due to my job and traffic, paid $80, and got roughly 40 minutes out of it. I asked the front desk woman, who was very kind, why the massage was cut short. I changed, went to the restroom, and was talking to her at 657pm when I should’ve technically still been getting a massage. She couldn’t give me an answer and said she would ask and call me, but never did.

  The front desk staff was great and friendly. They showed me around the facility and let me know the various options I had. I specifically chose a provider who was listed as being able to do any pressure. The provider asked me about my goal for the day and any issues, but seemed like they hadn't looked at the intake notes I had filled out earlier. The provider did not seem like they wanted to be there and did not meet my expectation for a firm/deep massage. Even when they asked about pressure and I said they could do more, I felt like the massage was maybe a medium/firm at most. I will try another location so I can use up my giftcard.

  You don't have to think about it, each month you know your able to get a massage or facial. So easy, great customer service and providers. Website is awesome and makes it quick to schedule a last minute appointment. The text messages about next day openings is awesome for those for days you need something extra.

  The massage was great however it was entirely too cold in the building. The heating pad was on table and blanket but that was not sufficient and there wasn't any place for our clothes so we placed them on sink.

  The Front Desk worker was very helpful with the completion of all forms. I was a little "technologically challenged" and I did not have my glasses. Everyone, upon our entry, were very friendly and open about the entire process of the massage.
