- Rating 2.0the inexperience I have received from your providers in the last 6 months-2 years has really been a challenge to find someone to go back to. I've had several mediocre or worse visits in this period.
- Rating 5.0Front desk staff were extremely nice and friendly. Kaitlyn was also great, very personable and one of the best massages I’ve had.
- Rating 4.5valory Hicks is the best. I have been seeing her for several years and she consistently listens to my issues and needs and responds with the right massage treatment. She is awsome.
- Rating 3.5Love my masseuse; but it took me years to find one that I really liked. And none of the others compare (and their styles are incredibly different from each other)

- Rating 1.5Value is low. Front desk staff can be argumentative 1. We’re told we are getting a 60 minute massage, but it’s 50 if you’re lucky. Almost every single massage therapist I’ve had has started late and ended on time. 2. We’re told we get this great discounted massage rate, however we’re expected to tip on the inflated rate. 3. The front desk staff weren’t especially welcoming. 4. Lastly, I had to request a cancellation form 3 times. Sara assured me the first two times I asked to cancel that she would “speak to her manager for approval.” She to got defensive when I reminded her that she told me this twice already. Because her tone changed I asked for her name, the managers name and suggested I’d cancel the credit card. 5. I still had to follow up because she sent the wrong form ($10 monthly hold form) 6. So no In won’t be suggesting Massage Envy
