- Rating 4.0My massage therapist is great. Unfortunately, she is in high demand (Valory). I've tried others that don't do normal or similar massage.

- Rating 2.5My massage therapist, while very friendly, finished my massage about five minutes early, didn’t massage my arms, at all, and instead of a traditional Swedish Massage that I signed up for I got a mixture of that and what she referred to as a range of motion for my legs. Explaining that it was more helpful. I would have preferred to have been asked if I was ok with switching it up. I could have spoken up but didn’t so I bear some of the responsibility. A full body massage includes arms, no? I still left a 20% tip and thanked her so she has no idea I was ddissatisfied. if
