- Rating 1.0my massage and facial was top notch--i am just using up all my prepaid services i bought so i can leave and go to another competitor that has a fuller staff and not as many unfair and anti customer policies. i was and am having a big issue at your matthews location and was trying to talk to patricia about it but was told i cant talk to her- and they refused to give me a corporate number to call to try and resolve it. i was told that i can only contact patricia by email- and i am not a computer person so i dont know how to have a back and forth conversation via computer, and i very much needed to speak to a live person. there is no need to respond to this-i am just going to use up my prepaids at abourourteum location then i will leave yourcompany for massage heights or hand and stone or another company,
