    I was scheduled for a 60 minute full body massage. I will admit was 10 minutes late for my 3pm appt (I did call in advance to state I will be late due to traffic). I also knew there was paperwork that to be completed. I should have been there 5-10 minutes early However, if staff know that the person is not going to get at least a 45 minute massage, please request to reschedule. I got back to the room around 3:20 -3:30 and was done by 3:55. Two out of three target areas were massaged. My lower back never got touch during my massage. This was a gift card that was given to me, and I felt like it was wasted, because $100 is not cheap. I will not be returning in the future.
