- Rating 4.5Every time I've been it's been a great experience but I wish there was more availability at times or walk- in appointments
- Rating 4.0I was expecting a warmer room and maybe soft music. There was neither. I was glad my socks were on because it was very cold. Also, when I was looking up there was only water stained ceiling tiles which were not very relaxing.

- Rating 1.5I was given a gift card for Christmas. I am not a member and have been to massage envy in the past. I was charged $75 on December 27. I made a second appointment for January 8. I was charged $125 after the second appointment . The receptionist did not communicate that the next visit was going to be $125. I had no idea. I would not have scheduled the second appointment if I had known. The prices are not clear, nor clearly displayed.
- Rating 1.0I should have know when I had ask a question about his method at the beginning I should have just asked for someone else or rescheduled.The grunting and sounds being made like they didn't want to do it made me feel a certain way...which I didn't like! Like something was wrong with my body. I couldn't even relax like I normally do. A massage normally puts me to sleep on the table. This one I was counting down the minutes to leave. Technique just was not soothing at all.

- Rating 5.0Everyone is so nice, polite, and professional. It's always clean and makes you feel relaxed.

- Rating 3.0My experience was ok: not great, not bad. My appointment was at 4:30, I was dressed and put my watch on at 5:23. Five or ten minutes matters.
