- Rating 5.0D’Angelo is a really amazing massage therapist. He demonstrates care and concern. His warming personality is amazing as well. His return to Massage Envy is the reason I have not canceled my membership. There were no male therapist and his return was right in time. I was debating considering rates have continued to increase but nothing has increased with my membership.

- Rating 1.0Your pricing is outrageous. $80 was fine but i did not realize that was only the initial visit. . $140 to come back is absolutely ridiculous. I told your front desk that was insane and I had somewhere more convenient I could go for $80. She tried to convince me a monthly commitment to you of $80 was better because it never runs out like I’m too stupid to realize nothing runs our somewhere I only pay for services rendered.

- Rating 1.0First, when I book the appointment for a birthday an hour and a half before they canceled the service. Rescheduled it for the next weekend and promised to give us an enhancement. When we got there the next weekend they weren't ready. The room was not clean our appointment was 3 o'clock. The service did not start till 315 and it ended at 4:0 one which shorted us, our visit we only got 45 minutes when we talked to the manager the manager said I'm sorry will discount your next visit but why on earth would we even want another visit? They should've credited our account at least for one of the visits.
