  From the minute I walked in the door it was a peaceful and relaxing environment surrounded by beautiful decor. Dana was wonderful. Very nice, knowledgeable, and her facial treatment left my skin feeling and looking completely uplifted.

  I gave a lower score because it does not have enough personal for the last FEW YEARS. If you are doing massages for health consistency is important. I just made a massage for May & June, first openings, it is January. I get emails about getting massages from you all the time, and it just makes me more angry. I bought my husband a few sessions a year or two ago, he can not do months ahead due to work schedule, so he has yet to use them. I was told they are good forever so I will probably see if I can move those to my account as he is done trying and now has no desire to try it.

  Love Massage Envy Rocky Point. Only complaint is, it is very hard to get an appt with masseuses who do deep tissue, like every other Massage Envy

  Appointment was for 2:00pm. I arrived at 1:45 to fill out new customer form. Form took all of 30 seconds, which was fine. Was put in a waiting area for next 1/2 hour! I was called back at 2:15! By the time she explained things and I was physically ready to begin it was probably 2:25… I was already dressed and ready to leave at 3:00pm… therefore my 60 minute facial wasn’t any more than 35 minutes!! The facial itself was amazing, just wish it lasted at least 45 mins which would be expected when booking a 60 minutes facial. My original appointment was scheduled for a 90 minute facial but I was called that morning and told the girl had the flu…and the only next availability that worked for me was the 60 minute facial.. so in the end I’m glad I didn’t go for the 90 minute as that probably would have only been 1 hour.

  I had a 1 hr massage with Mark he was extremely professional n made me feel very comfortable n relaxed but most importantly I feel SO MUCH BETTER my friends have not stopped telling me how much better I’m walking- I feel like I have new legs !!!

  Massages are almost impossible to get on any kind of regular schedule.
