- Rating 5.0The desk staff is always very pleasant and helpful, and the massage therapists are always great. There are a couple of things I don't like though, like the absence of the massage chair suddenly which was one of the benefits of having a membership. And the lack of water suddenly. And the sheer impossibility of getting an appointment unless you schedule 3 months in advance. When I first got my membership it was never like that, I could make an appointment for that week or the next week. Come in and use the massage chair, have some water. Now the price has just gone up $20 a month since I started and we've lost everything.

- Rating 1.0Have been prepaying for a full year for about ten years and since Covid nearly impossible to make appointments and appointments get cancelled by Massage Envy at the last minute. This will be the last year I prepay.
- Rating 1.0I have been to this location prior, however never had such a poor massage experience in my life. The therapist was late and made my what was supposed to be relaxing experience very rushed. From overusing the product, I was so oily I had to ask for wet towels after my service, to applying cold cream, to fast movements that were neither coordinated or relaxing. It was as if someone was slathering your body with lotion in a really fast way with no regard to pressure points and technique. The beginning started with her rubbing my hair like she was shampooing in a hurry, then randomly moving to different areas. The therapist had trouble navigating the room, dropping things, pulling light out of the wall and being loud, I never write reviews, but this tops it as the worst so I had to share.
