- Rating 1.0Very rude people. Charged my credit card and I didn't even get any service. I called because I got sick and they were so rude. Never had a similar experience in my life. The lady at the front told me to be normal. Put on a mask and come in. Unbelievable so money hungry. I wasn't feeling well and all I was thinking was to call and alert them. And they stole my money, when she said the manager would call me, she closed the phone and charged my card. THIEFS!! I will tell everyone.
- Rating 3.5The Plainview location is in dire need of updating and repairs. The face pillows are uncomfortable. The tables don't always heat, or go up and down. You can hear other providers and their clients in the rooms next to yours. So if you like a quiet massage, forget it if the people next door are chatty. I've asked these things to be brought to the attention of the owner. Nicole, one of the owners called me, left a message for me to return her call. I returned the call a few minutes later, but she did not answer. To date I have not heard back from her and that was a few months ago. This Plainview, NY location has great service providers and staff, but the owners do not seem to care and leave much to be desired.
