- Rating 1.0My experience was terrible. My therapist Katherine, was very nice, however she had terrible body odor. It’s all I could smell during my massage. I couldn’t focus on anything else or even enjoy the massage at that point. I asked her a few times to increase the pressure and she never did. It felt like someone was just casually massaging me, not someone who is supposed to be trained in massage therapy. Overall this was a horrible experience. And then the front desk person was trying to push the monthly membership at us, as if I would EVER waste 125 dollars again at a massage envy. I could spend 150 at the woodcliffe which is a real luxury spa and get a 100% better experience and better service. I’m not trying to be rude, but I can’t be the first customer to experience Katherine’s horrible odor. I know certain body types may not be able to control this, but having a job where you have to be close in someone’s personal space is probably not a good fit for her.
