- Rating 1.0I booked online and unfortunately was unhappy with the therapist. His name was Rich. and he did not stop talking from the time I walked in till the time the massage was over. I heard about all his troubles, his ailments, his personal situation, tips people gave him - Made me very uncomfortable and it was not the stress relieving experience I was hoping for. It just created more stress. It was very strange and upsetting unfortunately. Post treatment customer service could have been better also. When I called to see if there was a way Massage Envy could help me rectify the situation. There was really no conclusive answer. I was told that this was "just the way some therapists are" and there was nothing that could be done to urge me to continue to be a customer, besides referring me to a therapist that didn't talk as much. I hope you will be able to change my mind about Massage Envy.
