- Rating 5.0My masseuse was not only knowlegable but was able to identify my issue. Also suggest ways to prevent recurring pain in my left hip.

- Rating 2.0It was my 2nd time getting a facial at massage envy. My first time was very relaxing. My second time was very very different. The esthetician was very harsh and aggressive l. Her hands are meant for a masseuse not an esthetician. I’m an esthetician and I know that the girl that gave me the facial the first time was new yet very smart but the 2nd girl was prob not that new but slightly reckless. I left looking like a pizza pie because she was too aggressive during the extractions part knowing well that my face is slightly sensitive and I’m on retinol. I won’t be going back for facials that’s for sure. At least not at the park slope location. I’ve only gotten one massage at massage envy and it was alright. I will have to cancel my membership because it came to the point where I only go to massages envy because of the membership and it’s already paid for.
