- Rating 5.0I loved the smell of the products. She had a great technique and was friendly and professional. I love the predictable environment. It’s nice to know what to expect.

- Rating 2.5I was asked if I wanted water, I said yes, they pointed me to a room and I tried to get water from the dispenser and no water came out. I then sat in the massage chair while I waited and it didn't work either. So maybe checking to make sure I knew how to use the dispenser and chair or making sure that they are working before just pointing me into a room. Also, when I got my massage, it was ok up until the last maybe 5 minutes. She hit a perfect spot and it was just starting to feel like she was getting started when she said ok we're done and left me feeling like I missed out on a really good massage.
