  I purchased a massage, cupping and assisted stretching for my husband as a gift. When booking, I asked that they focus on his back and feet. When he got his massage, he explained he would like her to focus on his lower back she only massaged his upper back. She also talked him out of the stretch stating they can only do routine stretches and she could not do the cupping, but could instead give him a 90 minute massage in which she basically only massaged his back not focusing on his lower back as he asked. I was not charged for the services he did not receive and she was polite, however this is very disappointing and embarrassing, as this was purchased as a gift for my husband, who is a disabled veteran, and works hard at our small businesses 7 days a week, and never takes time to do these much needed self-care tasks for himself. Now I’m stuck with money on a gift card that we will absolutely not use…

  The facility is clean and welcoming. The only complaint I have of this location is the CBD cream they give the therapist is about a teaspoon. Clearly not enough to rub all over an entire body. $30 for a teaspoon of CBD cream is definitely not worth it! This is the only location doing this. All of the other locations give enough cream for the entire full body massage.

  Massage Envy does not have enough therapists to serve clients in a timely fashion. Twice now I have had appointments canceled by Massage Envy the day of the appointment with no explanation or compensation after waiting for an appointment made weeks in advance.

  We scheduled a couples session and my massager wanted to take me to another room since she was ready to go and the other massager was not. I told her I would just wait and go as planned into couples room and she actually rolled her eyes up and looked disgusted with my answer. She then leaned up against the wall.

  I had previously cancelled my membership and was using leftover credits. I confirmed TWICE that this visit would be my last credit on the account before going to the appointment. At the end I was told I had no credits and was charged full price. I would not have gone ahead with the service if I’d been aware beforehand.

  Service was excellent. My sister and I had a couples massage. The ladies was friendly and professional. The room was clean and cozy.
