  Eryn is always on time and the staff always greets you and typically knows your name already. Then Eryn works her magic. My skin looks better than it did when I was in my 30s

  I was understanding that my provider called out sick however I had specifically discussed that I was wanting a medium to hard massage therapist at the booking. So when then called it say that they had someone with similar pressure that had a cancellation so I was able to book still, the therapist was a medium to soft and I was left extremely underwhelmed. It wasn’t the therapist’s fault for the misunderstanding but she did inquire about the pressure during the massage and I did ask if she would go deeper, her pressure changed for a couple minutes and then it softened

  It has happened on multiple occasions that I am unable to book with my chosen therapist because of scheduling issues. I have tried other therapists and have not found them to be a good fit for me. When I have previously tried to cancel my membership they make it nearly impossible because of how quickly you must use your remaining sessions. I had a recent experience where I had booked a session multiple months in advance because that is what is required in order to obtain an appointment with this particular provider and I was informed at my most recent appointment that the November session was cancelled for some reason. I did not cancel the appointment nor did I receive a call/ notification that the appointment was cancelled, it clearly appeared to be an employee error but the front desk staff made no attempt to correct the problem. I have been a member for a couple of years and I will soon be cancelling my membership because of the ongoing issues.
