- Rating 1.0Massage Envy is impossible to reach by phone. They never answer and almost never call or text back. Then when you call and actually may get somebody to call you back they are belligerent and nasty telling you that they always answer the phone. We have been members for a long time And are completely looking for a way out so we don’t have to deal with it anymore. Anything but relaxing
