- Rating 2.5The massage was not a full hour as scheduled. I was 6 mins late I apologized and should have asked if the time was going to be deducted from my hour massage. I would have rescheduled if that would have been explained.
- Rating 3.5Greeting staff failed to adequately explain a disclosure they asked me to sign. I repeatedly asked for a copy and I still have not received it.
