Whitney was able to target my problem areas and I left feeling much more relaxed. I will definitely and ask for Whitney every time!

- Rating 1.01. While I am happy with the cleanliness and hygiene maintained in all my derives at Massage envy, the one thing I am not pleased is the duration of each service. As a member we are committed to Massage envy for 12 months. We are regular customers. Massage envy should keep their word of providing at least 50 minutes of service for each session. In all my sessions so far , I have been provided facial for 40- 45 minutes. This is very sad and must important you are losing customer satisfaction and confidence. If this continues Iwill have to reconsider
