  i was contacted by in august 2024 and notified that i had a giftcard balance of $150 on my account that dated back to 2021. i called to inquire about the different services for facials and was told the starting price would be $99 and any add-ons would be discussed at the time of service. when i came in for my service it was never mentioned tat any of the products or services would be considered as an add-on. i ended up paying $145 for a jan marini 60 minute facial. also i want to mention that the serum that was applied at the end of my session had to be removed because my skin felt like it was burning and had to be taken off. overall it was a disappointing experience and i feel like i was taken advantage of and the staff purposely made it a point to use my entire giftcard at one time. the overall appearance of the room where you the services where rendered can use some updating and a more appealing and relaxing effect.

  Masseuse and esthetician were great- been coming for many years- only stsy b/c of my specific masseuse, but unhappy monthly fee has increased 3 times- at least $10 more than similar type businesses

  It was just ok. The front desk was nice. While waiting with my wife in the waiting room where the tea/water is located, my wife was preparing tea for me. A worker comes behind her while she was still preparing tea for me and did not say excuse me. My wife was still at the stand and the worker (a shorter white lady with dark hair) came very close to my wife to where my wife had to step aside. The worker filled a cup of water and left. All the worker had to do was say excuse me. And/or waited for my wife to be done. The space is small and we felt disrespected as if our presence did not matter. My massage therapist was decent. I think she could have communicated with me a bit with asking questions . For example. Am I ok. Before the session is over are there any other areas I would like to be addressed.

  Great Relaxing Experience. Premises are Clean, waiting area is soothing and comfortable. Excellent Staff. Friendly, Professional and Knowledgeable.

  Absolutely the best facial to date. Marlena was fantastic! I was so relaxed that I could barely move. All I can say for the actual facial is that all aspects were outstanding!
