- Rating 3.0It was just ok. The front desk was nice. While waiting with my wife in the waiting room where the tea/water is located, my wife was preparing tea for me. A worker comes behind her while she was still preparing tea for me and did not say excuse me. My wife was still at the stand and the worker (a shorter white lady with dark hair) came very close to my wife to where my wife had to step aside. The worker filled a cup of water and left. All the worker had to do was say excuse me. And/or waited for my wife to be done. The space is small and we felt disrespected as if our presence did not matter. My massage therapist was decent. I think she could have communicated with me a bit with asking questions . For example. Am I ok. Before the session is over are there any other areas I would like to be addressed.
