- Rating 3.0Impossible to find appointments around my schedule. My last appointment I waited for 10mins to be brought back into the room and then they didn’t come in for another 5 to begin. I felt gypped from “60min Massage” since I didn’t get an actual 60min. It takes 1 minute to say “focus on my back & neck” and literally less than 2mins to undress. It would be nice if they could actually do 60mins.

- Rating 1.5I came out of a gorgeous, relaxing massage to have a random man (who wasn't there when I went in) interrogate me about why I didn't want to become a Massage Envy member. He didn't accept my immediate no as an answer and proceeded to ask me why I wasn't considering a membership. No is a complete sentence, and there is very simply no world in which after that aggressive approach I would want to become an ME member. No matter how lovely my massage therapist was. Perhaps train your staff to respect the word "no", it's not an invitation to push harder for a sale, it seems desperate.
- Rating 1.0Pricing is ridiculously high (unless you commit to a full year with monthly services). Also, I was required to provide my credit card even though I was paying with a gift card which the front desk person said I couldn't pay in advance with. No reason to have needed my credit card if it would have been paid for in advance with the gift card.

- Rating 5.0I have been getting massages from Michelle for years. I have periodically tried other facilities but none gives the personal attention like Michelle. After I leave my session I am not only fully relaxed but I feel I’ve added to my medical well being! She’s the best!
