The massage therapist was professional and attentive to the areas I needed help with as well as the appropriate pressure for me personally. I was offered water afterward and led to the front desk for a speedy checkout.

- Rating 5.0The manager style of Manager Nicole and leadership style of Assistant Managers Peyton and Margo is truly customer focused with evidence of team work and efficiency and they are all responsive to my needs and listens to my concerns. The front desk staff Belle is very respectful and pleasant and listens to concerns. Nia, my massage therapist offers a very good firm pressure massage which gives me some muscle tension relief and good sleep. Before every session she listens to my concerns and during the massage session offers a restful massage session. Thank you Nicolle, Peyton, Margo and Belle and Nia. Thank you massage envy for keeping these people in your company and may I ask that you reward them for their work.
