- Rating 0.0The person giving the massage did not listen when I asked 4 separate times to use less pressure. It was awful! Not only was it stressful but when I went to speak to front desk afterwards I was told I should have spoken up - and I did 4 Times ! They said some of their practitioners are not capable of using less pressure- which is absurd- then they shouldn’t be allowed to practice. I literally have bruises from my massage from *****.
- Rating 3.5I mean the price continues to go up and I feel like, as a preferred member, I should have more things available to me. I think products and other services should be made available to preferred members, especially for $75/month.
