  Margo is the best font desk associate I have delt with. She is kind, friendly, and just a pleasure to work with. Christina, my therapist was awesome, she provided the best massage I have had in about a year

  Poliana is a super awesome professional massage therapist. Her firm massage in combination with stretch techniques heals my body and joint pains. My massage sessions improve my sleep and energy. She individualizes her care by listening to your needs and concerns at the beginning of every session and welcomes any feedback during the session as well. Her gracious personality contributes a lot to the wonderful experience she offers. Megan, the manager is also super awesome with her gracious personality and her customer focused efficiency is excellent. She is very knowledgeable and efficiency of her staff is reflected in the training that she provides. Zoey and Margo who are the front desk associates that I encounter most during my sessions are very responsive to my needs and consistently shows excellent customer care. Please show appreciation to these individuals who bring success to your company by giving them bonuses and rewards. Thank you massage envy! Keep up the good work!

  In America, we always tip the service-performing person, which I did in cash. When I left, the front desk person was not there. However, when she realized that I left, she came outside into the parking lot and asked for a gratuity. I simply said that I had tipped the person who performed the service. I don't like it when I am followed and asked for gratuity.

  Interaction with desk person. She was very rude. I had won a prize on their Customer Appreciation prize wheel for a free half hour extension on a facial appointment. I made an appointment and when I went to the front desk to check out, the woman working there tried to charge me for it. When I explained that I won it as a prize, she rudely told me I was supposed to redeem it in the prior month. No one told me this when I made the appointment, and what kind of prize is it if you have to have a second appointment in the same month and pay for it.

  I have been getting monthly massages over 7 years at the Hillsborough location. I have been seeing the same massage therapist, Dember, for 98% of my time there. I have never had a bad experience with any of the specialists or the front end staff.
