- Rating 1.0I had a hour and a half massage scheduled at 1pm the therapist Sal didn’t show up till 130!!! I was the one to inform the front desk that it was 110 is the therapist here. She said he should be she called him and he forgot the appt she asked me if I wanted to reschedule or wait??? Seriously I’m gonna wait and instead of them giving me a discount on the massage they charged me full price but they threw in scented oil unacceptable

- Rating 1.0I'll be writing a more thorough email to Guest Relations, but in summary, I enjoyed a wonderful massage from Jeff, and was then bullied and manipulated into signing up for a year's membership
