- Rating 2.5I don't like the fact that when you're ready to pay they always bombard you with offers. You say no and then they tell you again what a bargain it is. That's why I'm not going again. It left a very bad taste in my mouth.

- Rating 1.0I paid for a 90 minute massage. The massage started at 6:07 and ended at 7:15! ? When I questioned the girl at the front desk she stated that the undressing and dressing time was ( which was 5 minutes each time she said) is part of the 90 minutes. It still didn’t add up, there was no point in arguing as she just kept repeating herself and could care less if I was happy with her response. So I said “whatever” and she answered with “whatever” back to me. Horrible customer care.
