- Rating 5.0I have been going here for years. Gisela is an amazing massage therapist. She puts thought into each visit, concentrating on her work. It feels like she really cares.
- Rating 2.5I explained to the massage therapist i mainly wanted to focus on my Scalp,neck, back and hand/wrists. Mentioning that I don’t really care for my legs/feet and arms. She proceeded to give me a full body massage. With minimal time on the areas I wanted to focus the most on. Didn’t even touch my scalp. Most of the massage was dry. She rarely applied oil. The massage was very much so just “strokes” and “rubbing” little to no firmness and I did mention I like a lot of pressure

- Rating 5.0Priscilla gave me a wonderful massage. Not that I have had many in my lifetime. But she was very soft spoken and caring.
- Rating 3.0The massage was good, my only complaints were that the room was cold, and that I wished she had spent more time on the areas I had marked as target points in the preliminary forms
- Rating 3.0The massage person was great asked if am ok and if anything hurts
- Rating 1.0I had a 9:00am appointment today. At 9:03am the reception said I wish she would pick up her phone . Wasn’t sure what she was talking about. A minute later she said I haven’t heard from Pricilla and she isn’t here yet. I said ok maybe we can give her another few minutes. Waited until 9:10. Reception said I’m sorry but she isn’t still not answering and wanted to rebook me for a later time at which I declined. I understand emergencies happen. But as of 5:05 no call back explaining why. If I didn’t show up I would have to pay.

- Rating 5.0I always have a positive experience at Massage Envy. Everybody is courteous and respectful.
