  Hi!! My name is Nurten I visited ENVY MASSAGE EAST RUTHERFORT LOCATION,The therapies and massages given by Gisela were great. I recommend them to everyone. She made Gisela feel so relaxed that I felt lighter. It was incredible. I am truly grateful to Gisela.Thank you!!!

  My massage was very good, and Jennifer was amazing. I’m not sure if I would recommend though. I came in because I got a gift card as a present from someone. I’ve been having a lot of back pain and shoulder pain (previous rotator cuff injury)… The receptionist asked me about it and I told her too. I got the massage and left feeling great, but now a few days later my shoulder is so inflamed and hurts very bad. I’m not sure if firing the massage it got irritated or what but I’m in like I said so much pain that I’m actually going to the doctor today for it. Very bad pain, tingling down arm, etc. I don’t think Jennifer intentionally meant to irritate it, and in the moment it did feel really great, but now I’m paying for it lol.

  Staff was rude except for receptionist who was lovely and helpful. My therapist apparently called out sick but I was not notified prior to my arrival. I asked if anyone else could do a massage, and the one therapist who was available was very nasty so I walked out. ME should have called me to cancel- they find the time to let me know they billed me- also only the receptionist attempted to help me. The therapists standing there in the waiting area were rude.

  My therapist, Tiffany was horrible. She didn’t even touch any of the areas I asked her to focus most on. Her hands were rough, seemed like she was rushing the massage, she was wasnt even massaging at times she was just pushing on me and she ended the massage early even with taking in the 10 minutes to get undressed/dressed.

  Anyone that rates low clearly doesn’t understand that you need to find the right massage therapist. The front desk is always pleasant when I arrive and I’ve scheduled with 3 different massage therapists to find the one that’s best for me. They are all attentive to what I need and provide a relaxing experience that I look forward to coming back for as a repeat customer.

  Gisela the masseuse is excellent!!! I signed up because of her. She is incredibly talented and has helped me so much physically to feel better. However, I don’t think the front desk staff is trained enough in your peculiar system. I have been getting different information about pricing and how the membership works. I’m still rather confused about how it works. For example, I made an appointment this past Saturday for a 30 minute stretch, followed by a 60 minute massage. The front desk staff insisted that I must get the stretch after the massage, which was not the recommendation of the masseuse. And today, I tried to make an appointment for a friend and to pay for it, and they were very unclear about how the process worked. They told me that it would cost $145 for me to make a one time appointment for my friend. Why would you do that? I’m bringing another client in that may sign up as a member. Makes no sense to me.
