- Rating 1.0I have been trapped in a "membership agreement" that has no room for customer service or compromise. Because I was full-time caring for a beloved terminally ill husband, I had no time for facials for many months. My account has $700 of my money unused in it. Yet this store will NOT allow me to use any of those funds until I deposit MORE! I believe a good business would work out a compromise with me on this issue. The person I dealt with would not work with me at all. Let me be clear: the person who did my facials is excellent. But this company, its membership scheme, and the people they have dealing with accounts, deposits, etc., are downright awful.
