- Rating 2.5I, like a lot of people that use massage therapy, am not the healthiest of people. I get debilitating migraines and overall muscle pain. Unfortunately, this means that when I make plans I sometimes am unable to carry them through. You allow only ONE (1) cancellation due to illness/health reasons during your entire membership. I found this out in December 2024 when I was in so much pain that not only was I unable to come in, but I also couldn't remember I had an appointment. I am looking for another provider that doesn't make my healthcare (which is what massage therapy is) all about your bottom line. I understand you're a business, and that many people think massage is a luxury item, but if I want to keep existing with lessened pain for me it's a necessity. I don't have the money to waste on luxuries.

- Rating 1.5The massage this time was not a good experience. The masseuse used very little oil which made the massage a bit unpleasant as it had friction. Also, the pressure extended was very low so the pressure points didn't get massaged. Overall, I didn't feel any relief after the massage.

She was veey friendly, knowledgeable & professional. Also, the faciliy was immaculate. Recommendations: 1) The waiting area should be inside or have window treatments. 2) The massage rooms should have dimmer lights. Ron K
