- Rating 1.5I was displeased with the pricing. It is very expensive for a 90 minute massage compared to other massages in the area. I also saw a discount online and was unaware of the franchise thing but it still allowed me to book online. I was told it was a glitch. Not my fault. As good customer service I should have been honored the online price.
- Rating 5.0I attempted to reschedule my appt b/c I had upper shoulder pain and was not in the mood. But a rep called me from ME and reminded me why I made the appt in the first place. They had me at hello and this was just the beginning from my outstanding visit.
