The front desk person who checked me out was unpleasant as I needed to make significant changes to some appointments I had booked. I told her I needed to check on my appointments because I booked pretty far out due to availability of your therapist, and it turned out the next three appointments I had I had to change because of work travel. She then said, frustrated well we will have to cancel everything and start all over, and I said we don't have to start all over, and she said, you just canceled three in a row! I told her the next one was just fine, and she then said in a huff, and Brian is booking out until June! I said to her, you You're not being very pleasant in these changes are not my fault, it is for work travel. She continued to be difficult, so I finally said I would go somewhere else or call back another time so I could deal with someone else to reschedule. It was the most unpleasant experience I have had it any massage studio ever, and I have probably used a dozen different ones over my life span. She had no sense of courtesy or customer service, and I apparently was bothering her. After having had a really nice massage with Allie, it really ruined my evening and left me feeling very stressed and upset.
