- Rating 3.5It was a lot of the same motions over and over. It felt great at first, but wish the motions could have changed a bit.
- Rating 3.5Should offer promotions / complimentary for existing membership not just for new membership for example every 12 monya got 1 free service.
- Rating 5.0Jess at the front desk is great! All the front desk people at this location are always so helpful and wonderful. I am disappointed that they never really stay very long. In addition, the call center is very curt and not helpful in the same manner the front desk associates all are at the South Virginia location in Reno, Nevada. Also there are very few therapists at this location, and that seems to be problematic to schedule massages as frequently as I try to make.
