- Rating 1.0I’ve been coming to ME for years now and lately the quality of my service is not what it used to be and the customer service is not what it used to be! Highly considering canceling my membership l.

- Rating 5.0I would highly recommend Katie to people that I know. I had cervical spine surgery and I experience very tight neck muscles and shoulder blades. My doctor recommended massage , Katie definitely provides some relief. I have been going to Massage Envy Shadow Mtn for many years, Katie is the best massage therapist that I have had.
- Rating 3.5I love the atmosphere and Daneicy did a good job but I needed more focus on painful areas. I will own that I should have spoken up. However, in the future i would like more attention to areas that I wanted focused.
- Rating 5.0There was an issue with my account and the young ladies were very patient with me. I hope I was patient with them . It was not their fault.They got me prepped for my massage while the other girl looked several times and found the issue.Inqm grateful.
