  I was excited to finally use a gift certificate given to me for Christmas. The front staff was EXCEPTIONALLY professional, customer service was top notch. I completed the initial intake and explained what my target areas of absolute need were.When taken into a room with my service provider, I again explained to her what I needed. The main area was my right hip and glute. When she got to massaging my legs, she never went above my knee. She did not touch either thigh, hip glute or even my waist. When she completed my massage ( 10 minutes early) I mentioned to her that she never touched those areas. She just shook her head and walked out of the room. I advised the front desk of what happened. She was upset that happened and offered a discount and stated she would have a talk with the provider. Since I was using a gift certificate, I told her that would not be necessary. I did tip my provider the remaining $25 on the gift card, as she did provide a service and the rest of my massage was not the best, but it was OK. I always tip and know service providers survive off their tips. I did not want to punish her, but I do want her to provide a better, complete service to her clients. I did schedule another appointment with a different provider, I will give Massage another chance, only because of the AMAZING front desk staff

  Manager at the location was helpful and explained the process. After the massage she explained how the plan for membership works, the requirements and the process to cancel the membership. The therapist was spot on in addressing my areas of concern and left feeling relaxed.

  Horrible experience. Massage was awful. But also noticed a huge difference in overall experience since last time I went. Your “quiet room” is now just a hole in the wall spot right by front door, not relaxing, my time started after the time scheduled and ended before 60mins was up. No one greeted me with water or even talked to me after the massage was over. Just all around bad experience. Lack of caring. Lack of excitement. Just blah.
