  My son gave me a paper gift certificate and a gift card from massage envy for Christmas. The paper certificate was for $75 and the gift card was for $55.01. He hasn’t them for a while and was planning to use them. He said to check with Massage Envy to see if they were still valid. I came by your location last week and The girl with blonde hair scan the items and told me they were both still valid. So I made an appointment yesterday to get a 90 minute massage. I was told I would have 5 minutes to get ready at the beginning and 5 minutes at the end to get dressed and this 10 minutes would be included in my 90 minutes. When I got massages at other places I got a full 90 minutes of a massage. I had a full body but my shins and chest were not done. Then when I came out and gave the the card and paper certificate to the woman she said she could use the card but not the paper certificate. I told her that I came in last week and the girl scanned the items and told me they were perfectly good. This woman scanned to the paper certificate and said yes the $75 showed in your system but she could not use it. If I were told this last week I wouldn’t made a 90 minute appointment. She said she would discount it 15% but I still had to pay $41. Then I said give me the certificate back so I can show it to my son and she said she couldn’t give it back but had to turn it in. I feel I was really taken advantage of by your company.

  My facial was amazing,would definitely recommend! My massage was very unpleasant! I had a 90 minute session that started late. He spent almost an hour on my back and arms with several hot wet towels being used. Massaged my thighs and never touched my feet which I specifically requested since I do a lot of standing at work.

  Felicia listened to me and gave me exactly the massage I wanted and needed. I got a lot of relief from my frozen shoulder treatment. She has extremely strong hands, so if you need a deep tissue massage, she definitely does it well.
