- Rating 3.0The whole process was kind of disappointing. I was given gift cards as a gift, this is why I came back to ME. They couldn’t locate my gift card info because it wouldn’t scan. Had to call a family member at work to confirm the purchase name. Although provided the name on the CC which it was purchased as well as the name of who bought it. The manager did take time to assist, so I will say that. The massage was very lackluster. I felt bad for saying anything at the time as my therapist was seeing impaired. Did not listen to where I said I needed the most attention. Did one side one way and the other side differently. I’ve had many many massages and was very confused as to what was happening. It was also very cold in the room. If I come back to this location, I would ask for someone different.

A few days before my appointment I got a call saying that Coleman will be out for the rest of the month, so they rescheduled with Gustavo. I was nervous but agreed. When I got my appointment I mentioned that I had left over on a previous Gift Card that should be on my account. They never found it and said there was no record of me ever using a gift card. While I was waiting to go in to my appointment a gentleman comes out as says a name (not mine) and I hear him introduce himself as Coleman. If he was accidentally double booked, just tell me. I was fine to change days/times, since they let me know in advance. Gustavo was amazing.
