- Rating 1.0I was deceived about the membership from an employee who no longer works there. I was told I can cancel my membership anytime and there wouldn't be a penalty. The employee "summarized" the agreement contract, so I didn't read it. My mistake. When I talked about canceling my membership for lack of use, I was told I would have to pay for the entire year of membership AND my credits would not be redeemable once membership was canceled.
- Rating 3.5My massage therapist is awesome. The issue I have is that I pay $80 for monthly membership but when I'm out of state for two months I have to catch up on my massages. I stop my membership so that I can catch up but have to pay $25 for the massages that I already paid for. I can help but feel like I am getting cheated.

- Rating 5.0From the moment, I entered the door the staff was so welcoming. It was my birthday. They made me feel like a queen! My masseuse, April had me leaving Massage Envy in a rejuvenated state! As a results, I signed up for a year of services!
