There are continuing issues at the Blue Diamond location that just don't seem to be getting any better: 1) The front desk staff is like a revolving door. They are either hiring people who don't care or they don't get the correct training. They are not well versed in the products and specials, they are inconsistent about follow through and manners / customer service. I have run into a problem twice when trying to purchase a package and the person on the phone or even in person gave me incorrect information which forced me to go to another Massage Envy to purchase a package and I received a massage from someone at another location with someone I didn't care for at all. Then I come to find out I could have purchased the package at the Blue Diamond location. The next time I tried to purchase a package I spoke with someone on the phone who said there were no packages available to her knowledge but she didn't bother to put me on hold and check to make sure until I asked her to do so, and there were packages available. 2) On more than one occasion I have come in for an appointment with a specific therapist only to be told they were not in and I was given to someone who didn't do the same type of massage instead of re-scheduling me with the therapist I had an appointment with or with someone who did the same type of massage. It's a 30 minute drive for me to this location. The only reason I came back to that location is because a good friend of mine who spends a LOT of money there and recommends people to that location, gave me a gift card for a couple of massages. After having to speak with management on several occasions, I have had comped sessions but unless I asked to speak with management, no one took any initiative to see what they could do to keep my business. This is bad customer service.
