- Rating 1.0I tried to book my apt and the system gave me a 500 error and wouldnt let me proceed. Then I got a call from the office asking why i didnt show up for my apt. I told the lady that I never got a confirmation text or email. She said well why didn't you call. I told her again because I never got a confirmation. Her tone to me was rude and dismissive and then they still pulled $120 out of my bank account.

However, areas for improvement are: having more therapists and more available time slots, adding in a time slot of 75 minutes, and updating the app to show historical data such as past therapists and past appointments. The current app version does not show these data points.

- Rating 5.0Mark gave an exceptional massage. He has great hands and felt very experienced, the best massage I’ve had in quite some time. I told my friends it felt like I got a massage from Arnold Schwartzenegger. Very nice young man also! Please keep him!!!

- Rating 2.5I took massage therapy years ago; before I trained to be a nurse. I still remember many of the techniques taught and the flow of the massage. Unfortunately I don’t see this same technique used. Everyone seems to have their own style of massage and it doesn’t feel like I remember. I was taught you follow a specific line of the body, from center working your way out, from shoulders down… etc. These massages seem to be all over the place and my muscles are about as confused as I am. I’m glad they are trying their best and the therapists are kind, but massage is about technique, flow and a specific line to get all muscles involved and relieved. I give a decent tip because they are trying to do their best and honestly we are only as good as those who taught us.
