- Rating 2.0I arrived with one at the front, which was fine, so I sat down in a chair. The first person I saw, who appeared to be preparing room, exclaimed "Sh*t!" and dodged into the other waiting area. It was a poor first impression and startling to start a relaxing experience. The provider asked what area I wanted to focus on, my shoulders and neck, which she did. However, this is the first massage I've ever gotten where the provider ONLY worked on that area. My arms and legs weren't worked on at all. Lastly, every other place I've to the provider waits outside to walk you out after service but no one was there and I had to find my way to the front by myself.

- Rating 1.0I have 44 massages saved up. Ever since Covid, I have struggled to use them up because there's rarely any openings at the times I need. To get in I typically have to schedule up to 2 weeks in advance. Now they are saying I cannot even pause payments and still use my pre-paids. If I want to continue using them it has to be "plus" which continues to bill $30/month. I can see why there was a class action lawsuit and honestly, I believe ME deserves another.
