- Rating 4.0The desk personnel were professional, good representatives of a company that has changed too much. However, being charged a "transfer fee" of 20.00 because I was visiting Missoula, Montana, away from my Chicago base belies the reason to join a nationwide program. Sharing info with a home site and where one is visiting is a click away transaction, as settling accounts between two sites. In addition, when asked about tipping,( a request based on my need to know what the Missoula rate was for the ) I was informed tipping recommendations are based on non-member rates for a massage. Tipping ought to be related to the service I received of course and the member price my contract indicates. I am disappointed.

- Rating 3.5Most of the time it’s very good. Disappointed when we get the call that the massage is being cancelled because there isn’t enough staff to do it. It’s happened more than once

- Rating 3.5Not many options on therapists and styles. Getting a consistent therapist that you fit well with is hard. There has been a lot of turnover
- Rating 1.0This facility only has 5 therapists available none work weekends! It us extremely difficult to get an appointment unless scheduled months in advance.

- Rating 1.0Terrible massage. No pressure to speak of. And no, I don't need to do breathing exercises, or have my chakra balanced. And no, holding your breath does not build up oxygen to clear lactic acid from muscles. Then when checking out, I had to leave without checking out due to fact that receptionist was on her cell phone while I was third in line.
