- Rating 3.0I don't like that you can't pause payments for accruals of additional credits while you work down your balance. I continuously have more than 10 credits and with limited evening and weekend appointments, I can't get the balance down, but I have a accrue more to be able to use them.

- Rating 4.0The desk personnel were professional, good representatives of a company that has changed too much. However, being charged a "transfer fee" of 20.00 because I was visiting Missoula, Montana, away from my Chicago base belies the reason to join a nationwide program. Sharing info with a home site and where one is visiting is a click away transaction, as settling accounts between two sites. In addition, when asked about tipping,( a request based on my need to know what the Missoula rate was for the ) I was informed tipping recommendations are based on non-member rates for a massage. Tipping ought to be related to the service I received of course and the member price my contract indicates. I am disappointed.

- Rating 3.5Not many options on therapists and styles. Getting a consistent therapist that you fit well with is hard. There has been a lot of turnover
- Rating 1.0This facility only has 5 therapists available none work weekends! It us extremely difficult to get an appointment unless scheduled months in advance.
- Rating 5.0Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I love getting massages.
- Rating 1.0Terrible massage. No pressure to speak of. And no, I don't need to do breathing exercises, or have my chakra balanced. And no, holding your breath does not build up oxygen to clear lactic acid from muscles. Then when checking out, I had to leave without checking out due to fact that receptionist was on her cell phone while I was third in line.
