- Rating 2.01) I reported that I have extensive chronic pain issues and only wanted a relaxation massage. While the massage felt good as the time, I was in significantly more pain the day after, not just in my chronic pain areas, but in several other areas as well. 2) As usual with most big massage companies, on my first visit, the staff tried to sell me a pricey, locked-in, membership contract, stating that if I didn't sign up that day, I would not longer qualify for the discounted Intro Rate, common marketing ploy to get consumers to feel a sense of urgency to make an impulsive decision, rather than an informed one.

- Rating 5.0Massage Envy has very nice and respectful employees. Very friendly reception personal to greet you at the door when you walk in. Repeat customers are known by their first names. Facials and Massages are always amazing and the tech asks how are you feeling or how is the pressure. Massage Envy is concerned how the customer feels.
- Rating 5.0It was quiet, clean facility. I was greet warmly upon entering. Good customer service. Barb was very knowledgeable about the body structure and muscles. And gave me helpful info. She listened to my concerns and asked good questions
- Rating 3.0Their membership doesn’t make sense besides getting it cheaper and some free ones. Wouldn’t they get more customers by getting it cheaper in general. I don’t get the 50 minute thing but pay for 60. Other places do not do that

- Rating 5.0First Dell at the front desk is very professional and easy to talk to. Then my massage session was with Marlo. She was very nice, easy to talk to, was easy to work with on where my issues were on my body, and she went to work. Was very happy on her therapeutic assistance.
- Rating 2.0I like the procedure and friendlyness of the people working but i did not enjoy my massage as much as i should have. It was more of a lotion rub down and did not get out any of my muscle aches.
- Rating 5.0Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent massage. Reminder phone calls. Ease of the iPhone app.
