- Rating 3.0The new remodeled space feels very anesthetic - no warmth or cozy spa feeling .. and prices continue to go up and I don’t feel like I am getting anything more - hard to recommend this to anyone

Other locations drag down the rating to recommend Massage Envy to others as they often never have appointments and cancel appointments with high frequency.
