- Rating 5.0I am rating this as a 10 because of my primary massage therapist. Shaun at the Edina, MN location is why I gave this rating. She understands what a deep tissue massage is and does it well. I feel like a ton of stress is taken off my shoulders after each session. I have been a customer of massage Envy for years and Shaun is the first massage therapist that truly understands what a deep tissue massage consists of. She hits the right spots and spots that previously had pain tend to go away quickly after our sessions. Shaun is an asset to your organization and will continue to be a repeat client of hers. Great job Shaun!!
- Rating 3.0Staff is friendly and professional. But each employee would recommend more and more product to purchase. I have need seen or experienced the results I was hoping for. I am discontinuing my membership.

- Rating 1.0I am absolutely disgusted by the decision to place windows in the facial treatment rooms. I do NOT want to be in a fishbowl and do NOT feel comfortable closing my eyes and not knowing who may be staring in the window. It ruined my last visit and I will not return if there are not treatment rooms without full length windows. There was no reason for this change and I am not the only one who feels this way. No one even contacted me for my opinion or feedback prior to the change being made.
