- Rating 1.0Had a massage yesterday with Dawn. After 30 minutes massaging only the left side of my back, I asked whether she was going to work on my right side. She said that she did my right side, which was not accurate. Will call tomorrow to speak with the manager and cancel all future appointments with her.

I never feel any sales pressure and that any enhancements recommended are to my benefit and not a sales pitch. The membership is a great deal if you plan on going consistently because of the monthly price for points compared to price of service without and the discount makes me far more likely to come more often and especially to try other services. For example in future I will be getting a facial where I had zero interest in one before because of all of the above reasons financially and skilled employees. It's more affordable to try with the membership and I trust the location to have great employees. The front employees are very helpful and make everything go smoothly and have never failed to have answer for anything I might ask. The front employees can really make or break how you enter an experience with a business and they are great.
