  The provider did not met my full booked time. She did not listen to me in the room and during the time she was in there, she took her time walking around the table. I took this concern to the front desk associate and she was really helpful. I unfortunately had to go back into the room to get a ring i left behind when i came in to contact with the provider who told me "the reason you are done early is because i started you early!" so i just said ok and walked away. thankfully the front desk associate told the manager and they pulled the camera to confirm that was not the case.

  I have been with massage envy for quite some time in all my time I have never cancelled. I woke up sick and called and talked to the lady informing her I was going to the urgent care. She said she would make a note so hopefully I didn’t lose my membership. I said if your gonna charge me for being really sick I will come in and she said no no and ensured me it was no issue. I went to the urgent care and am on antibiotics for a really bad sinus infection, with the paperwork to prove that I am not lying. Three hours later my debit card was charged. I called them and they explained I lost the credit and the thirty dollars difference for my 90 minute massage. I planned on compensating Valerie the next time I came in with double tip due to me cancelling but I actually have a great repore I did not want to get her sick. I unfortunately will not be back unless I receive credit back for my massage. I asked to cancel my membership and they said I had to wait until the next week to fill out paperwork and i could not remove my debit card from the account. I have two sisters and my mother whom have memberships that may cancel over this as well. I was also considering giving my child a membership for a Christmas gift.
