- Rating 2.0My experience was great with Michael. He was amazingbut my husband's was not. He did not get what he was asking for. Nicolas was who he had and he focused on his neck and inner leg. He didn't work on his back nor his feet. Nicolas asked if he wanted to just focus on just his neck and my husband stated no he hurts all over.

- Rating 4.0The front desk girls were nice and I liked my massage and the girl that did it. The only thing that will prevent me from coming back sadly is pricing. The next massage would go up so high and would be around double this first one, crazy. If there was better pricing I would for sure be back. Sadly not going to be able to visit again.
- Rating 1.0In addition to the website not recognizing that I am a member, after several attempts to fix it, we tried to get massages with a family member when visiting out of town and our family member's appointment that she booked online was not recognized by the staff at Massage Envy. They had no idea she booked an appointment, so we had to cancel our appointments because we didn't want to get a massage without her. Due to their failing website, I would never recommend Massage Envy to anyone and my husband and I will not be renewing our membership.
- Rating 5.0Aubry was really good and did an amazing job. I was able to relax and enjoy my massage because she didn't try talking to me nonstop like I've had in some of my previous experiences. She was friendly and focused on the areas I requested.
- Rating 5.0The women at the front desk provide excellent customer service. They are friendly, warm, and welcoming. The environment is well-appointed and aesthetically pleasing. The waiting area is comfortable and relaxing. The cleanliness of all of the areas is great.The massage therapist is always on time and thorough. She is personable and compassionate and always provides the right pressure. I come away feeling much better than when I arrived, and looking forward to my next appointment.
