- Rating 5.0Welcoming staff when I first walk in. They are exceptional, pleasant as can be. They will also answer questions about upcoming appointments that I desire. I am always called to remind me of an upcoming appointment such as today when I was called with such a reminder. And, only once when I had to cancel, these people were able to move me to another date!! I cannot see how anyone could improve on their performance.

- Rating 5.0I had a one hour massage with Carlyn. She listens to what areas are bothering me and works on those areas. Ive had a stiff neck for quite a while, and it feels better. The pressure is just right and I recommend Carlyn if .you’re looking for a relaxing massage

My appointment was at 9:30 and I was not greeted until 945 five minutes, including the consultation when I was spoken to… That time also was taken off of my massage time which I find, incredibly unprofessional and unfair, considering how expensive the massage was. I feel in the end it was a 45 minute massage that I paid for a 60 minute massage completely overpriced.
