  Welcomed arrival and opportunity to ask questions or make another appointment. When the session begins on time and the provider knows the requests I have had and the type of pressure or areas for joints/body that usually need attention. Or to need attention to different areas when I've been busy with the gardening. Reminders of drinking water through out the day after a massage or other suggestions that help make the massage as productive as possible.

  1.I was really hoping to enjoy this place but I feel like instead of being welcomed here and trying to have a good first time, the receptionist would not stop trying to sell us on a membership. Even after explaining it wasn’t worth it and not a good experience / right fit for us, she wouldn’t give up on that and personally just felt like she was more happy to Take our money instead of making this a good first time. 2. We were told to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork, when we got there , we consulted for the 15 minutes about where our pain stems from , but when we got the massage, none of them focused on any of the areas we mentioned. In fact the message just felt like a really intense back rub that I could’ve gotten from a toddler. After telling the receptionist the woman didn’t focus on what we had consulted, she proceeded to ask me “well why didn’t you say anything” what was the point of consulting 15 minutes early if the woman doing the actual massage wasn’t going to look over it first before doing it , why do I have to tell her when you made me come early to create a profile ? 3. For me - It claimed to be 1 hour long massage But we didn’t start the session until 10:05 and ended at 10:51 - when I asked the receptionist why she cut me off short, she said because “it’s only 50 minutes HANDS ON because it’s 5 minutes to get un-dressed and CONSULT with the massage therapist and 5 minutes to get dressed after” , which is false advertising Because even if it did take me 5 minutes to undress and dress - why would I be consulting AGAIN on my “massage time” when I already came 15 MINUTES EARLY TO CONSULT ? FALSE ADVERTISEMENT SHE STILL CUT ME OFF at the 45 minute mark then if that’s the case. Ultimately , I didn’t mind this bad experience because I just wanted my mother to be satisfied for her birthday, but after hearing that my mom felt MORE PAIN after getting the massage really threw me over the edge. Even after my mom expressing that to the receptionist , she still tried to get us to buy a membership and I just think that’s very corny. People try to find affordable ways to get their pain under control and you guys just take their money and don’t actually care about the persons experience. You’re more happy to make them a member , why? Idk maybe you get commission, I just know I’ll never step foot here again and the receptionist needs to learn better ways to make people feel more welcomed here, all she talks about is getting you to sign up and be a member. And when you’re supposedly “consulting” with her 15 minutes before, she spends most of the time talking about herself and her own car accidents which is ok because we are all human, but it’s showing how much time you just need to waste to make this place seem organized. Because clearly the massage therapist don’t even look over the charts you make us make. As for my massage therapist, I’m so sorry and I know this is your income, but it’s not the place for you, the massage was very underwhelming, And when I asked you if you guys do men and women, you proceed to tell me of an experience you had thinking you were doing a woman and you came in and there was a trans man laying on your table and a wig on the floor. I asked a yes or no question, there was no reason to bring up that experience. It’s giving homophobic .. maybe you are not because you told me your nephew is LGBT but as a customer, I should not need to know about any of that! There’s conversations we can have without putting peoples personal business out there. OVER SOLD AND UNDERWHELMED The receptionist asked if she could call me in a few months to see if I wanna become a member, DO NOT CALL ME .

  My husband scheduled a facial and massage for me. Originally, there was some miscommunication, with the person who scheduled it telling my husband it was $80 for BOTH services. When he confirmed the appointments the day before, they explained it was actually $80 for the facial, and $80 for the massage. We both heard this confirmed twice on the phone. Annoying that it wasn’t what my husband originally thought, but it was still a good deal. I get to my appointment and am immediately being told all about the membership plan, and what a great deal it was. I was thinking about how this was a possibility, and how I think it’d be a great service for me to get a massage for $80 a month. I was quickly turned off when the front desk associate (Pam) almost started demanding an answer, holding cards out to lure me into some free massage passes. I hadn’t even gotten a service done yet and she’s expecting me to sign up for this plan! So I go in for my facial and keep thinking about this membership and if I would actually want something like this. After my facial and before my massage, the associate sits me down and begins the most incredibly aggressive sales pitch. I said I wanted to speak to my husband and go over this first, and she tells me to call him- RIGHT NOW! She then starts saying how she doesn’t have many free passes left and doesn’t want me to miss out- and how it would just be such a shame to miss out on such a great deal. I couldn’t believe it! So I go in for my massage- what should have been a relaxing treat- the POINT of this gift from my husband- and all I can think about the entire time is that I know I’ll have to deal with a third high-pressure sales pitch. The massage wasn’t the best I’ve had, and I end it and go to pay. After trying to get me to buy almost $300 worth of products, the aggressive sales pitch began again. Finally, when the breakdown of my services were laid out, Pam charged me $80 for my 1-hour massage, and $130 for my 1-hour massage. She said that it WOULD HAVE been $80 for both if I would have signed up for the membership, and that I could still get both services for $80 if I signed up RIGHT NOW- again, explaining that she didn’t want me to “miss out.” Never, EVER were we told that this massage would be $130. I was furious and just disgusted by these manipulative, misleading sales practices. Obviously, I have no intention of ever getting a membership. I couldn’t imagine dealing with these people trying to get as much money out of me as possible every month. I am so disappointed in what was supposed to be a lovely gift from my husband. I would never come back here and would tell anyone considering it what I experienced.

  Staff are very attentive. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my massage.
