  It was my first time in and I was scheduled with April in savage. She lacks confidence and she seems very uncomfortable. When I was on the table and she came into the room she reeked like cigarettes. The entire time she was massaging my head and neck I wanted to throw up because it was making me nauseous after already having a migraine I stopped her at about 25 min in and told her we needed to be done. Not only was the smell of her breathing on me awful, but she has zero experience with massage. My husband could have done a better job. It was like she wasn’t touching me at all. Very disappointed and won’t be returning.

  I went in for a deep tissue massage. The lady asked me if I wanted hot stones also. to which I said yes. She only did the hot stones. Had I known I would not have gotten the deep tissue, I would not have paid the additional $60 it cost for the hot stone. Plus next time I wil stick with my original plan. Now the hot stone fell good and put me to sleep but My neck is still sored and now I am going elsewhere for the deep tissue I so need

  The lady (I think her name was Isabel) that was behind the front desk could light up the room with her genuine smile. She was very helpful with filling out the paper work as it was my first time at this location. She also informed me of all the packages that your company offers. I would go to this location to be greeted by her alone. Very proffessional and helpful. The masseuse was also very polite and listened to the areas I really needed to be worked on. The whole experience was pretty amazing.

  The appointment notification delivery method changed without notification. Now we receive texts. I didn’t see the text and was charged for a missed appointment. I have been a member on and off for years and have never missed an appointment but missed one due to a family death. I was still charged for the appointment. Disappointing

  Barb is the best therapist at this facility, hands down. She listens to me on where, how much pressure to use, etc. She is a real miracle worker on my body to things back to somewhat normal. See I was in an accident over a decade ago and my neck, back, etc. are so 'out of whack'. Well, she makes it better every time I see her. I advise to give her a raise. Also, in the front desk Isabel was awesome too!

  I love the Shakopee location. They are always so kind and helpful. The services I receive by Christine are always spot on. She is knowledgeable and does a great job with the service provided.
