- Rating 0.0The whole thing, appears Massage Envy is just concentrating on making money through gimics! I have had over 300 professional massages over the past 30 years! This by far is the worst massage ever! I received a Gift Certificate from an Employer for Christmas - I have told them to never get a Gift Card from Massage Envy again as it was a terrible massage. The therapist was asked to do extra time on my feet, hands, and neck - I never received a foot massage, or my hands and only the last 5 minutes on my neck!! The massage also ended 10 minutes before my time was actually up. My normal massage therapoist is so much more professional - I told her about this experience and she said to me - "I hope you learned your lesson!", "Massage Envy is a waste of time and money"!
