  I had been suffering upper back and shoulder pain from a fall for over a week. Ricardo was able to take care of my issue in one session! It's been four days now and the pain and tightness is completely gone. Many thanks!

  I saw Fenny this time for an hour and a half. Fenny is very good. Her sheets on the bed were tight and well fitted which I like. She is pleasant and easy to engage with. Her massage technique speaks to experience and know how. I was impressed. She was a bit too firm for my liking, but I could of course have asked her to lighten up. Next time I have her I’ll do that. She knew when to stop talking in a couple minutes of initial niceties and then continued on with the massage only asking me once if the pressure was good. Very nice massage. Will definitely get her again but next time will have her lighten up a bit on the pressure. She is very fit and strong so she doesn’t know her own strength I don’t think. I anymore don’t care for the excessively firm or deep massages.

  I had decided to discontinue my contract - was told the one who takes care of that doesn’t work until Sunday - had some questions but unable to answer them - went ahead and filled out the form - asked how many sessions I had left - was told 5 1/2- next massage was scheduled for August and thought I would have enough for a facial again - scheduled a facial for the day after my massage as I wanted an hour and a half - I finished my massage and then was waiting for my facial I had this day also and looking at my phone - I noticed massages scheduled I didn’t schedule for July - completed my facial and went to check out - was told then I only have 2 sessions left - the facial I had was 2 sessions- didn’t realize that - just did the facial the esthetician recommended- we ended up rescheduling my last appointment with massage envy for August to keep the massage and add an hour facial that day - knowing I’d have to pay extra as now I do t have enough sessions- called this morning to make sure this is the only appointment I have down before I’m done and was told about those July appointments - I said I didn’t schedule those and wanted them cancelled- I did mention also the I felt the esthetician should have told me the facial she recommended would be 2 sessions instead of one - but it’s fine - not going to argue about it - I then asked how much I would have to pay if I did the same facial when I come in for my last appointment- she didn’t want to say an amount as she told me that I would probably complain she didn’t give me the right information- she says to me I can see here it says “you do not communicate well” - she wanted to the end the call - I told her to just cancel the facial and keep the massage- I’ll just lose out the 1/2 session - if I was having second thoughts about discontinuing my membership this call made my decision final -
