- Rating 3.0I've had some great experiences at Massage Envy before so I'd still recommend, but this last experience wasn't great. Bri gave a pretty good massage but she was not warm, didn't welcome me in or provide the communication or even the "thank you for coming in, or how is the pressure for you?" types of comments. The massage was decent but should could use some training on communicating with clients. Part of the Massage Envy experience that I've always appreciated is the relaxation but I was not able to get relaxed with her.
- Rating 5.0Katie is always very thorough with my massaging requests. I rode bike last weekend about 15 miles so my legs and low back were sore. She focused my massage on those areas, and I've felt great ever since!
